How to Donate to Your Student

Find Student Page

Please use the following steps to open your student's page:

  1. Go to www.alcottptsa.org
  2. Click on My Account in main menu.
  3. If you have already created an account before, please log in and skip to step 10 or step 9 if you haven't completed the account setup. 
  4. If this is the first time you open your account, please click on "Create Account".
  5. In Create Account page, provide your information. 
  6. Click on "Verify my email"
  7. Check your email to complete the account creation process. (check Spam folder)
  8. Login
  9. Click on Contact Information link under "Parent/Staff and Student Information" header. That step is necessary to link you to your student and therefore their classroom.
  10. After you complete the information, you will get back to the main page for My Account.
  11. Under the section header "Fundraising Campaigns" you will see a link for each of your students' pages.

Donate on Student Page

Click on any of the donation options and go through the process. If you have more than one student, go through all of them before going to Checkout (Cart) to finish and pay.

Share page with family, friends, colleagues

Asking others to help raise money is another way to reach our goal. If you are not familiar with fundraising, it is a very common practice to ask people to donate. To invite others, you can click on the option to Share with Facebook, Twitter, Email or you can copy the website address and share it in your Chat groups, like WhatsAp, WeeChat or others.

 

 

Corporate Matching

If you or anyone who donates to your student's account works for a company that does corporate matching, please don't forget to do so. It gives us extra money. Many companies match 1:1, so if you tell them that you gave $10, they will give us an extra $10, instantly doubling your contribution. To let us know about your submission, please use this link and click on "Submit matching receipt". That's the only way we can get a record of your match. Last year we raised close to $20,000 just with corporate matching of donations and volunteer hours. That's a lot of money, so please don't forget.

 

Offline Donations

We HIGHLY encourage everyone to use online donations. However, we do understand that some families might prefer donations via check or cash. Please go here to find relevant information https://alcottptsa.membershiptoolkit.com/check-and-cash

If you do donate offline, please do so as soon as possible since it takes time to get the donation entered into our system. All donations are due October 31st 11:59 pm to be counted towards the classroom goal.
